This project is a comprehensive concrete repair service. The North Sydney Station Upgrade repair and rehabilitation works required all aspects of surface preparation through to protective coating application.
The concrete rehabilitation/ repair for this project required the following sequence of works:
- Grit blasting
- Crack chasing
- Nipple fixing
- Epoxy filling
- Nipple injection
- Shotcreting
- Mortar repairs
- Nipple removal
- Soffit grinding
- Fairing coat
- Application of final seal
