Silver Raven has developed a unique remotely controlled water blasting tool for removing the coked refractory from risers.

Gone are the days when site managers and supervisors will lose sleep worrying about the safety of their team working with jack hammers inside reactor risers. The risks involved to workers using traditional methods for removing coked refractory in confined spaces can be avoided thanks to a new system that is now available.

Believed to be a world first, Sydney based company Silver Raven Pty Ltd have developed a unique remotely controlled water blasting tool for removing the coked refractory from risers.
