News : Silver Raven completes Concrete Repairs and Plant Modifications at Gerroa Sewage Treatment Plant.

Concrete Repairs at the Gerroa STP have been completed and Silver Raven have been commended by the client for their attention to safety and overall performance of the work.
All the repair and coatings work was carried out under confined space conditions. The operations consisted mainly of Hydro-demolition and Surface Preparation to Flow Channels and Grit Tank walls before the application of Calcium Aluminate Cement by shotcreting. Careful Ph testing ensured the surfaces were properly prepared so that the new CAC linings will withstand the test of time in an aggressive environment..
The concrete roof of the Grit Tank was replaced using a new specially fabricated Aluminium cover and the Clean Water Tank joints were resealed.
