Silver Raven are the leading concrete repair and remediation company utilising the latest in repair techniques and processes to provide our clients project specific solutions and optimum outcomes. The scope of services that we provide include:

  • Hydro Excavation and Demolition
  • Installation and Servicing of Cathodic Protection Systems
  • Shotcrete or Gunite repairs
  • Carbon Fibre Reinforcing
  • Protective Coatings
  • Crack Repair and Injection

Silver Raven offers a complete concrete repair service that encompasses all aspects from diagnosis and failure analysis through design to completing the specified repairs.

Our use of hydro demolition for concrete repair has many advantages over jackhammering. The use of high pressure water is gentle on the remaining substrate and does not cause additional micro-cracking of the concrete matrix - a potential area for further concrete failure. It will not cause the existing steel reinforcement to de-bond from the concrete matrix and cleans the steel reinforcement effectively removing a step from the repair process. The demolition process is very controlled, can be manual or automated through the use of our robotic hydro-demolition equipment, and limits any over break.

The use of cathodic protection (CP) systems is increasing in popularity as the benefits of these systems have become well known. Silver Raven has extensive experience installing all types of CP systems, whether it is a simple sacrificial anode or impressed current system.

The use of carbon fibre reinforcing to strengthen aged or damaged structures is a specialist service that Silver Raven provides. In this process, carbon fibre strips are placed external to the existing concrete structure to form a bonded composite structure. This process increases the structural capacity of the repaired area, and may also be used to increase new load requirements or rectify inadequately designed structures.

The provision of joint sealing and crack repair are important maintenance activities for any concrete structure. Ensuring that all joints are fully sealed and free of obstructions and contaminants allows the structure to function as designed. The repairing of cracks including crack sealing and injection ensures that the ingress of moisture into the structure is minimised, thereby reducing the possibility of concrete spalling and failure.
